Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or concern, Nexora Energy offers the following resolution process:
1. Raise the Issue: Email our support team at contact@nexoraenergy.net with details and any evidence.
2. Initial Response: You’ll receive acknowledgment within 5 business days and a proposed resolution within 14 business days.
3. Escalation: If unresolved, we may engage an independent ombudsman or refer to the ESC for mediation.
