Eligible for Refund:

• Full refund on cancellations made prior to installation

• Request must be made in writing via contact@nexoraenergy.net

Non-Refundable:

• Any system already installed or scheduled for installation

• Products partially delivered or modified to suit your property

Government Rebate Handling: If you wish to cancel a pre-approved government rebate, you must contact the relevant issuing authority (e.g. Solar Victoria) directly.
